Cencora needed an enterprise test management solution to improve traceability and visibility. They made a decision to move from Zephyr Enterprise to qTest for better test management across 115 projects, including over 250,000 test assets and records. This migration had to be completed in just two months to meet key business goals and failure would result in compromising quality and reliability in their pharmaceutical systems. This delay would have impacted critical processes, such as inability to track medication shipments, limited verification of prescription accuracy, and no way of ensuring compliance with strict healthcare regulations.

This utility achieved a high-precision, low-risk transition between the two platforms but was also highly customizable allowing Cencora to prioritize mission-critical test assets to optimize historical data retention and enable optional data archival.
By leveraging qTbot’s automated capabilities, Merito delivered a flawless migration within the aggressive two-month timeline, empowering Cencora’s teams to immediately leverage qTest’s enhanced test management features.
