How do renewals, co-terming and true-ups work when Merito holds the license?
When you bought a subscription through Merito, Merito quotes the renewal on the same paper, whether that is the vendor's terms or SAP paper. The renewal is the natural point to add or remove users, change edition or, for Tricentis, move between standalone Tosca and SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing, which is a license and support-desk change rather than re-automation.
Whether separate subscriptions can be co-termed to one end date, and how usage above the licensed quantity is trued up, is set by each vendor's contract terms. Merito confirms both with the vendor when it prepares the renewal quote.
