Atlassian sells its own licenses directly and through Atlassian Solution Partners. Merito's role is the delivery work around Atlassian: Jira configuration, Data Center to Cloud migration, Jira Service Management rollout, Confluence integration into the SDLC, and data migration in and out of the platform. If you need Atlassian licensing, your Atlassian account team or an Atlassian Solution Partner is the right source.
Atlassian portfolio
Atlassian is the default work management fabric for software, IT, and service teams.
Merito delivers the work around Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. That includes Data Center rollouts where they still make sense, Cloud migrations on Atlassian's sunset timeline, and the day-to-day configuration, automation, and integration work that decides whether an Atlassian footprint compounds value or accumulates drag.
Why Merito for Atlassian
Merito does not resell Atlassian. We deliver the rollout, migration, and admin work around it.
Atlassian is a platform decision, not a product decision. Most enterprises already run Jira and Confluence. The open question is how the footprint is configured, where it is hosted, how it is integrated with the rest of the SDLC, and how it is kept healthy as teams, schemes, and automations multiply.
Hosting is the near-term forcing function. Atlassian stopped selling Data Center to new customers on March 30, 2026, will stop selling to existing customers on March 30, 2028, and ends support on March 28, 2029. Every Data Center customer is on a migration clock. Regulated, sovereign, and air-gapped programs with qualifying exceptions can extend, but most DC footprints are heading to Cloud or to a different ALM.
Merito sits on the delivery side of that decision. We run Data Center while it is still the right call, plan and execute Cloud migrations using Atlassian's Cloud Migration Assistant and FastShift where applicable, and handle the less glamorous work: permission schemes, custom fields, workflow rationalization, Marketplace app consolidation, and the integration layer between Jira and the rest of the delivery toolchain.

On-prem ALM
Jira Data Center
On-prem Jira for regulated, sovereign, and air-gapped programs. Atlassian is sunsetting Data Center. Merito runs it while it fits and plans the migration when it does not.

01
Implementation
Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence rollouts with schemes, workflows, and automation designed for the actual team, not a template.
02Data Migration
Jira Data Center to Cloud migrations, and Jira DC to Spira or Planview migrations when the team is moving platforms, not just hosting.
03DevOps Consulting
Jira wired into CI/CD, source control, test management, and release gating so the board reflects what pipelines are actually doing.
04Training and Enablement
Role-based training for Jira admins, project leads, and service managers. Less clicks-per-task, fewer support tickets.
05Staff Augmentation
Merito-placed Jira admins, JSM architects, and Confluence power users embedded with your team.
06Signature Support
Ongoing admin support for Jira, JSM, and Confluence so configuration drift, Marketplace app sprawl, and permission creep stay managed.
Atlassian delivery
Atlassian footprints do not fix themselves. Merito does.
Configuration drift, Marketplace app sprawl, stalled DC to Cloud migrations, and disconnected JSM rollouts are common. Tell us the shape of your Atlassian footprint and we will tell you what to do next.

Pick the Atlassian problem. Merito delivers the work.
Whether the gap is a DC to Cloud migration, a JSM rollout, or a Jira footprint that needs rationalizing, a Merito conversation starts with the scope of your environment, not a product pitch.
