A test case is a test in the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) project or folder being converted. The Merito UFT Phoenix license counts the whole project or folder, and the free edition converts up to 100 test cases per conversion. The UFT Phoenix documentation has the counting rule.

Where things stand
Your conversion is paused, not lost
Your analysis results are yours. Keep using them to assess and plan your migration while we size your license.
Until a license covers the conversion, the tests can't be converted or deployed, including the assets created during analysis. A quick sync with Merito is what gets them moving.
Optional
Bring these to the sync
Share as much or as little as you like. These two items help us size the right license fastest, so you get back to converting sooner.
From the analysis report
Your test case count
The number of test cases UFT Phoenix counted, from the analysis report.
Step 5
The scoping summary
Open Scoping Summary on Step 5, or find scoping_summary.html in the analysis run folder. It holds counts and summary figures, with no test names, paths, identifiers or test code.
What happens next
From the form to converting again
Step 1
We sync with you

Step 2
You get a proposal sized to it
We propose a license sized to the conversion, which can be limited to specific ALM projects, or a services engagement.
Step 3
You pick up where you left off
Once ordered, you receive a License File. Install it with Setup's /LICENSEFILE option or uft-migrate license install, and your conversion continues without reinstalling or re-running the analysis.
