Panaya Test Management (branded Test Dynamix) is the test case and execution layer on the Panaya platform. Its defining feature is the Smart Test Script Builder, which lets authors combine SAP GUI and SAP Fiori steps in the same test plan. Integration with Panaya Change Intelligence is what separates Test Management from generic test management tools. Test scope adapts to the analyzed change set, so every run covers what the change actually affected. Panaya claims up to 85% test scope reduction; Merito's experience is more moderate but still meaningful.

Merito's position: Panaya Test Management's defining value is change-driven scoping. Without Change Intelligence running alongside it, Test Management is a solid SAP-first test management tool, but the integration with scoping is the reason to choose Panaya over qTest or TestRail.

SAP GUI + Fiori in one test plan is a genuine differentiator during S/4HANA migration. Customers mid-migration have mixed UI estates for quarters (sometimes years), and being able to author a single plan across both interfaces reduces authoring overhead materially.

Merito recommends Panaya Test Management as the execution layer when the customer is consolidating on the Panaya platform. On Tricentis-dominant programs, we usually run qTest instead. On mixed non-Tricentis, non-Panaya estates, TestRail is often the better vendor-agnostic hub.
