Panaya Testing APIs now return a Node ID in existing Cycles, Tests, Folders, and Business Processes responses, allowing external integrations to build direct links to the matching Panaya test without another API call.
Testing and administration changes
Panaya has refreshed its login page with a cleaner visual design for users starting a session.
The User Management APIs now provide a PATCH endpoint for updating one user's details, including name and other profile information. Organizations can use it from their own systems to keep user records aligned with Panaya.
Customers with the compliance package can determine whether a test creator can also approve a test in an Assigned Approval Workflow. Panaya Support enables the compliance package.
The new Node ID in Testing API responses supports navigation from external tools to the relevant Panaya test. Integrations receive the field as part of their current API responses rather than through a separate request.
S/4Convert and S/4Accelerate
The new S/4Convert experience brings existing S/4Convert capabilities together with S/4Code automatic code corrections and AI-Assisted Corrections in one S/4Convert project.
Panaya also introduces an S/4Accelerate expansion that combines existing S/4Accelerate capabilities with S/4Code and Assisted Code Corrections. This capability is currently Beta; customers can contact Panaya Support to participate.
Correction management and analysis
Fix Package statuses now recalculate automatically when corrections move to Closed or Out of Scope. The package status therefore reflects the current state of its contained corrections.
Related Notes implementation instructions now include an SNOTE check so teams can verify whether a note can apply to their system before implementation. Country-specific notes are considered for every correction type, while SAP-classified cross-country notes are always included.
Assisted Code Corrections now adds surrounding comments when a user accepts, saves, and closes a suggested fix. These comments mark the start and end of the change and show the Correction ID, issue, and object. They use the current surrounding-comments configuration, display in the code-diff screen, and are submitted with code to the SAP system.
Panaya can now submit code corrections to a system other than the system where code was extracted. This supports correction routing across different systems without repeating extraction.
SCMON/SUSG usage collection is now supported for impact analysis. Teams can incorporate actual usage information when distinguishing actively used code from rarely used or unused objects.
Based on the official Panaya release notes.
