SAP Signavio Process Insights is the packaged process-discovery module in the Signavio suite. It ships with pre-built process packages for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and other major SAP process areas, and pulls directly from SAP ECC and S/4HANA event data with minimal setup.
For RISE with SAP customers, Process Insights is typically included in the contract already. The product that is "free" ends up being the most under-used asset on SAP programs, because the setup and interpretation work was never done. Merito's engagement activates it.
Process Insights is the right starting point for SAP-centric programs that need fast evidence before S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard. For programs that outgrow it, Merito transitions customers to Process Intelligence for custom event logs and deeper mining.

Merito's experience is that Process Insights entitlements sit unused because no one did the activation and interpretation. The product reaches first insight in weeks, but only if the tenant is configured, the data is connected, and someone reads the output. Left on auto-provision, it becomes a dashboard nobody opens.
Merito recommends Process Insights as the default starting point for any RISE customer. Move to Process Intelligence only when scope outgrows the packaged models. For most SAP programs, Insights gives eighty percent of the value at a fraction of the effort.
The exception is customers whose process scope is heavily non-SAP or deeply customized. For those, Process Intelligence is the right starting point. Merito helps customers pick correctly before any license is added.
