Syniti Match

Syniti Match is the matching, deduplication, and survivorship engine in the Syniti portfolio. Customer master data across regions produces thousands of near-duplicates. Vendor master data from multiple legacy ERPs produces the same. Match finds them with configurable similarity rules and merges them with survivorship logic stewards can audit.

Syniti Match is often used alongside Syniti ADMM during migrations to pre-consolidate master data before load. It also runs ongoing on SAP master data to catch duplicates introduced during daily operations.

Merito delivers match rule design, survivorship logic, stewardship workflow, and training. Match rules are the most important decision on any deduplication program, and they determine how many duplicates are caught versus how many legitimate records are falsely merged. Match pairs naturally with ADMM on migrations, so cleaned master data loads cleaner. On ongoing operations it pairs with SAP MDG as a detection layer ahead of the governance workflow.
