For Tricentis-dominant programs, qTest integrates natively with Tosca, NeoLoad, Testim, and LiveCompare, so we usually recommend qTest there. For mixed non-Tricentis footprints where ALM breadth matters, Spira wins. For mixed footprints that only need test management (no program management or agile ALM), TestRail is often lighter and cheaper.
Inflectra.ai embedding in Spira is useful but not transformative. Predictive risk and test case generation add value incrementally. Count Inflectra.ai as an accelerator layer, not a reason to choose Spira over alternatives.
